Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 1-2 working days. Personalised items will take working 2-3days. You will be sent a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

First, we recommend you contact us to help resolve any concerns you may have.
Due to the nature of our products and current climate, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds. Health & Safety is priority when it comes to our customers.
Our products are made in small batches for our customers. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you have received a shipping notification, then your package has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. You have 24hours to ensure the delivery address is correct. If you need to make changes please email as soon as possible.
